Most of these diets help you to lose weight in the short term but then as soon as you stop the dieting your old beliefs and eating habits return, producing the all too familiar ”yo-yo” effect, quite often resulting in you putting on more weight than you lost in the first place.
Here at Gwynedd Hypnotherapy we offer a choice of programmes depending on your current weight and the amount of weight you wish to lose. The good news is, none of the programmes involve going on a diet or counting points or calories, no deprivation and no denial. Oh and guess what, you can still eat the foods you enjoy.
Which Programme is right for me?

In which case the Gwynedd Hypnotherapy Weight Management Programme may be all you need to help you lose the weight and keep it off.
For those who have more weight to lose or have a weight related medical issue and need to lose weight for their health. The Hypno-Band Programme may better suite your needs.
I offer a free 30 minute consultation in order to discuss your specific needs and decide which programme is the best one for you. If at the end of the free consultation you feel you would like to continue, we would then go ahead and schedule your first appointment. If for whatever reason you do not wish to continue the consultation ends there and there is nothing to pay.
