Most of these diets help you to lose weight in the short term but then as soon as you stop the dieting your old beliefs and eating habits return, producing the all too familiar ”yo-yo” effect, quite often resulting in you putting on more weight than you lost in the first place.
Here at Gwynedd Hypnotherapy we offer a choice of programmes depending on your current weight, the amount of weight you wish to lose and your preferred method of participation.
